A swimming costume, goggles, and a swimming hat if you have long hair. Don’t forget a padlock to secure your belongings in a locker and a towel to dry off after your session. If you don’t have a towel, you can rent one at the venue for £2. It’s also a good idea to bring a bag to carry your wet costume home after the lesson.
TwoToOne … Two students, One teacher.
Swim with a friend, family member or partner at no extra cost. The cost of a TwoToOne lesson is the same as the OneToOne, thereby you can split the cost.
Requirements:
· Both students are of a comparable level as best they can be. Too bigger differentiation makes the lesson too disjointed.
· Both students to create an account but only one books. We need this for compliance at the venue to know who is on the premises.
Booking:
· The same process as OneToOne lesson. Drop us a message to let us know who to expect.
Restrictions:
· TwoToOne lessons are not available on the following days and times (even if it is showing in the app)
Monday at 1.35pm
Tuesday at 10.35am & 2.35pm
Wednesday at 10.35am & 2.35pm

Anything of value. Like expensive watches or jewellery or work laptops or items of sentimental value. Unfortunately, we are not immune to thieves and we would hate for you to have anything stolen. Even when padlocked an unscrupulous thief will have ways and means to access the locker. If you can't avoid bringing valuable or important items to your lesson, then please bring them to poolside and they will be safe there. There is CCTV and they can be left adjacent to the lane during your lesson. There is no CCTV in the changing rooms for obvious reasons.
Roughly match your ability to the simple description. Then choose your teacher. Each teacher's profile has a tag under their picture displaying which level(s) they specialise in. This isn't to say that if you're a beginner you'll get less of an education with a teacher that doesn't teach advanced. We all have our niche and all our teachers are very good at the levels they teach at.

We hear and are heard better being at your level. For our more advanced students we are in and out as most benefits the student.
Intensively works well for beginners to lay down the basics. But if you're not in a rush, then once per week is ok too. Typically, once per week is a good cadence, with an additional swim of *independent practice advised (*only when water safe). It's really up to you how often.
