And finally, what’s the mission? Is what you’re doing going to matter? This is very important to attract the best people in the world.  If you going spend 5+ years doing this, is it going to make a difference? Will people notice?

The problem to solve (the vision) is ‘To teach every adult on the planet how to swim’. Achieving this has many far-reaching implications.

If I may present one convincing argument as to why it matters personally to me; We’re in the business of teaching people how to swim and yet there are hundreds of migrant crossing drownings each year on our doorstep. This is of course a very complex issue, but I believe there is a positive path to mitigate or erase loss of life.
