Secondly, the reward. The swimming teaching profession is in the dark ages when compared to other industries. We wish to make teaching swimming a viable career path with fair financial compensation. Of course, the reward must be viable for the business also. Running the business into the ground because of unrealistic renumeration serves no one. That’s why we intend to offer our employees transparent financial reporting, exposure to all elements of the business should they wish, and clear criteria for progression.
